We are thrilled to be teaming up with Ciana Ní Churraoin(M.A Sport & Exercise Psychology) and Frida Erickson (Certified Mental Performance Consultant) from The Space in Between, to launch a brand new 4 week performance psychology workshop.
Over the 4 weeks, they will be covering:
- Setting Goals and making progress - Whether it be in work, health, or personal lives, we all want to make progress with something. Often, the first step is the hardest and might even deter us from starting at all. This workshop will highlight how you can set goals and make progress by consistently turning a little into a lot.
- Focus - The Currency of Success - You give power to what you focus on. What do you give power to? In this workshop you will understand why focus is the currency of success, become aware of what you give power to, and develop strategies to focus on what's important now.
- Cultivating Confidence - Are you aware of what makes you doubt yourself? This workshop will enable you to challenge your limiting beliefs and negativity bias by providing you with strategies to cultivate confidence even in the most challenging of times.
- Overcoming Adversity - It's not about if / when we will face obstacles / setbacks, it's about how we will respond when we do face them. This workshop will allow you to flip the script, choose to respond with conviction, and take control of adverse situations you face each and every day.
Each workshop will be 60 minutes. Each workshop is developed based on research in this field to provide quality information and applicable tools. Each workshop includes activities, opportunities for interaction, and resources to help the individuals develop the skills discussed further.
Friday 13th,20th 27th January and February 3rd at 6:30pm in the Johnny Palmer Room with Tea/Coffee on arrival.
Spaces can be purchased on a week by week basis for €30 per workshop or can be bought as a series for €100 per person.
Places are limited so early booking is advised.
