Our Olive Tree Kitchen, drenched in natural light, provides you with a feast for the senses. From here, you can look out onto the ziplines and aerial trekking courses while sampling our nourishing menu using local ingredients, including from our own veggie patch on-site. We freshly prepare all our food daily in our kitchen. Try our daily hot specials or a pizza, cooked in front of you in our traditional Italian firebrick pizza oven, handcrafted in Naples, the birthplace of pizza. Our dough is handmade in house, proved for 48 hours using the timeless methods of traditional Italian pizza makers. We have a wholesome kids menu created especially for the little ones.
Richard Casburn our Head Chef has years of experience in delivering the highest quality wholesome food. Assisted by his long-standing sous chef Teo and pastry chef and baker Marek, who joins us from award-winning Corrib House Tea Rooms. Our mission is to serve honest, fresh, nutritious food.
Alternatively, for a quick bite that won’t break your stride, keep your eyes peeled for the Wildlands Wagon as it trundles around Wildlands bearing those much needed bites and drinks to help you recharge. Our wagon has been a hit since she joined us in August 2020.
Open to the public - everyone is welcome. Wildlands and the Olive Tree Kitchen have each been awarded certificates in respect of Failte Ireland's Safety Charter.
