Breakfast Menu Thursdays to Sundays & School Holidays from from 9AM to 11:30AM 
Full Menu - Thursdays to Sundays & School Holidays from 11:30AM to 7PM
Cafe Menu - Mondays to Wednesdays we have a limited offering in the Olive Tree Kitchen as we offer tea, coffee, pastries, toasties and soup (9AM - 3PM).

Wildlands Shack OPENING TIMES:

Retail & Coffee/Pastries: Saturdays, Sundays & School Holidays from 10AM - 5PM
Food Hatch: School Holidays from 12PM to 4PM 

We also open on bank holidays and during school holidays - please check our social media for the most up to date hours during such times.

Tom Farragher is our Head Chef with years of experience in delivering the highest quality wholesome food. He is assisted by pastry chef and baker Mary Faherty, Sous Chef Terry Heron, Chefs Lucasz Grass and Dara Cunningham.

Flooded in natural light from our floor to ceiling windows, our Olive Tree Kitchen offers the best seat in the house as you to look out onto our aerial trekking and zip lining courses. Devour this visual feast while enjoying the best that Galway food has to offer. We pride ourselves on providing nourishing food, all freshly prepared daily in our kitchen using locally sourced ingredients.  We have our own veggie patch on site. 

You’ve got to try our signature 12" pizzas fresh from our handcrafted Firebrick Neapolitan oven. Our dough is handmade in house, proved for 48 hours using the timeless methods of traditional Italian pizza makers, and topped with the finest, freshest local ingredients to give you Italian pizza with a Wild Atlantic Way twist.  

Did we mention our daily fresh baked treats? The perfect little something for you to savour with a coffee from renowned Irish supplier, Fixx. If your diet is gluten free, vegetarian or vegan, we have wholesome and creative options for you too, along with a health-conscious and child-friendly menu for the little ones to fuel their adventures. It is our mission to serve you honest, fresh, nutritious food.

We have a large outdoor deck for dining al fresco, and our ample space allows us to comfortably cater for up to 150 guests. So whether you have a party in mind, or just a cosy gathering of friends, this is the place to be.
