Responsible marketing

  • We use web-based marketing activities as much as possible and we do not use mailshots. We keep in contact with regular consenting customers through the use of e-zines. We minimize the printing of brochures and leaflets.
  • We moved to digital business cards, removing circa 5000 cards annually across the business.
  • We encourage all teams to use technology such as MS Teams to reduce travel where possible.
